Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours and natural materials may vary slightly from images. We may update prices and product availability at any time.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through a secure third-party payment provider. Your order is dispatched once payment is successfully received.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery page, and returns in our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to Copperdale & Co and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
