Shipping & Delivery
We pack and dispatch every order from our workspace in Sydney, and deliver right across Australia.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and can vary with your location and courier volumes:
- Smaller items (throws, candles, cushions, leather goods, towels, mugs): generally 3–7 business days.
- Furniture and larger items: sent by courier and generally 5–12 business days, depending on your state and whether you're metro or regional.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery address. The cost is shown to you before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
